As a bilingual engineer and military veteran, Rick’s relationships across government agencies, subcontractors, and architectural teams have cemented KDN’s reputation for quality and accountability.

T. Jameel Haamid brings a dynamic and entrepreneurial approach to KDN Management, where he leads the firm’s operational infrastructure, capital strategy, and growth initiatives. As a seasoned development consultant, construction manager and finance strategist, Jameel specializes in blending real estate development with energy finance, leveraging tools such as CPACE, green bank capital, and IRA tax incentives to optimize capital stacks for clients and KDN projects.

With deep experience across multifamily, nonprofit, and commercial sectors, he plays a pivotal role in positioning KDN not only as a service provider, but as a co-development and capital partner, advancing sustainable, community-centered projects from vision to execution.

Lindsay Adam is a seasoned construction project manager with over a decade of experience leading complex federal, commercial, and aviation projects across the U.S., with budgets ranging from $50M to over $250M. She brings deep expertise in preconstruction, cost control, MEP coordination, subcontractor management, and delivery of both design-build and GMP contracts. With an M.S. in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, her background includes significant leadership roles on projects with Manhattan Construction, Tutor Perini, and Hensel Phelps.

Paul Nair has spent more than 38 years building in New York City from every position on the field: owner's rep, general contractor, construction manager, subcontractor, estimator, field super. He has held the budget, written the scopes, leveled the bids, and closed out the paperwork. When he walks a site, he sees what the architect intended, what the contractor is building, and where the two are about to diverge. His range is the rare part. Trained in architecture at Pratt Institute, Paul started at the drafting table, preparing construction documents and inspecting ornamental facades, learning firsthand what happens when design meets the real world. Then he crossed to the other side: running estimating and purchasing for major NYC union general contractors, building and operating his own union masonry and carpentry firm, and managing projects from $20M to $150M, foundation through sign-off and occupancy. Gil Rosa has spent 30 years in the gap between what gets designed and what gets built, the place where intent collides with field conditions and projects are won or lost. He has worked every side of that table: trained as an architect, seasoned as a builder, trusted as an owner's representative. Over three decades, Gil has navigated capital projects from $6M to $48M. He was an integral member of several prominent NYC architectural firms, managed affordable housing development at Habitat for Humanity NYC, and served as Senior Project Manager at Abyssinian Development Corporation, one of Harlem's most consequential community development organizations. Having operated on both sides of every table in this industry, he knows what each party needs, where communication breaks down, and how to keep a project moving when it stalls. In 2015 he founded GRPM Services LLC in New York City to formalize what he'd always done: bridge the gap. Today GRPM serves owners who need a trusted navigator, contractors who need the drawings translated into executable plans, and architects who need their design intent protected once the work hits the field. His approach is shaped by more than construction. A student of Zen philosophy and martial arts, Gil brings a practitioner's discipline to every engagement, the belief that clarity of purpose, preparation, and presence are what separate projects that drift from projects that deliver.
