Rick Pilgrim is the founding CEO of KDN Management, bringing decades of hands-on leadership in construction, asset management, and owner’s representation across both public and private sectors. Rick has managed the construction and renovation of major facilities such as the Black History Museum of Virginia, large apartment portfolios, and civic buildings, integrating ISO standards, Section 3 training, and value engineering.

His leadership ensures KDN clients benefit from rigorous construction oversight, timely delivery, and a sharp focus on project economics. As a bilingual engineer and military veteran, Rick’s relationships across government agencies, subcontractors, and architectural teams have cemented KDN’s reputation for quality and accountability.

T Jameel Haamid

VP of Operations

T. Jameel Haamid brings a dynamic and entrepreneurial approach to KDN Management, where he leads the firm’s operational infrastructure, capital strategy, and growth initiatives. As a seasoned development consultant, construction manager and finance strategist, Jameel specializes in blending real estate development with energy finance, leveraging tools such as CPACE, green bank capital, and IRA tax incentives to optimize capital stacks for clients and KDN projects.

With deep experience across multifamily, nonprofit, and commercial sectors, he plays a pivotal role in positioning KDN not only as a service provider, but as a co-development and capital partner, advancing sustainable, community-centered projects from vision to execution.

Lindsay Adam

Director of Project & Program Management

Lindsay Adam is a seasoned construction project manager with over a decade of experience leading complex federal, commercial, and aviation projects across the U.S., with budgets ranging from $50M to over $250M. She brings deep expertise in preconstruction, cost control, MEP coordination, subcontractor management, and delivery of both design-build and GMP contracts. With an M.S. in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, her background includes significant leadership roles on projects with Manhattan Construction, Tutor Perini, and Hensel Phelps.

 

At KDN, she brings boots-on-the-ground insights to guide infrastructure development, technical due diligence, and owner representation on multifamily and institutional developments.social impact
